Our comprehensive quoted price always includes the on-site assessment at your property, professional data collection, the meticulous production of your fully compliant EPC or Retrofit report, and its official submission to the relevant accreditation scheme where required. You can rest assured there are no hidden fees – the price agreed with you at the quotation stage is precisely the price you will pay, guaranteed.

Additional costs would only apply in very specific and rare circumstances, such as if a property is significantly larger or more complex than initially described, if extended travel is required outside our standard coverage area, or for additional revisits requested after the original assessment.
